How do I find the right product?
Start with a collection: Work & Create, Audio, Gaming, Power & Essentials, Connected Home or On the Move. Read the specifications and check the connections and device compatibility you need.
How do product options work?
Choose any required option on the product page before adding it to your bag. An option can change the SKU, price or stock shown. Review the chosen option again in the bag.
Can I save a customer account?
Yes. A customer account lets you demonstrate sign-in and review your test order history. Use a dedicated test email address and a password you do not use elsewhere.
Will a test order be shipped?
No. Checkout and shipping choices are demonstrations. No parcel is sent and no delivery date is promised.
What if I entered the wrong information?
Contact us with the test order number and a short explanation. Do not send card details or your password.
